Innovative Enterprise - Ultimate Flexibility
In this section you'll find a variety of programmes for enterprise development, personal skills improvement, confidence-building and interview preparation. We decided at the start, that rather than provide every school with the same 'off the shelf' programme, we are proud to be able to tailor each and every programme to the exact needs of your school:

- You may need a full day / full year programme of enterprise and business education with big business games for KS3 or KS44;
- You may need a variety of days and half-day programmes that build into an enterprise week for years 10 and 11;
- You may need a full or half day to help KS4 or 6th form students' employability, interview or personal presentation skills.
- Something to challenge the G&T students
Whatever your needs, the Innovative Enterprise toolkit of flexible modules can provide what you need professionally and cost-effectively. See below for an outline of the activities that we can use to build into your ideal programme. For a full list of modules and to discuss options for your school, please don't hesitate to contact us.
There is no better way of learning than through experience mixed with fun. Our in-depth business games have been designed with this in mind. The students are challenged in a variety of ways - planning, designing, profit-making, trading, managing, team-working - the results are always remarkable!
Most games result in winning teams and we take the opportunity to assess what made the winners succeed. Prizes are awarded and there is a real feelgood factor developed in the room.
Whatever you're in need of please have a look and see in the programme guide... if you still need something different, please call us or drop us an Email... we LOVE a challenge!
"You motivated and captured our pupils for the whole duration of the workshop with engaging, educational delivery and humour."
Jason Thurley, Matthew Humberstone B&E High School.
Some small print...
In line with the findings of the Howard Davies report into Enterprise Education and the subsequent reports from Ofsted - 'Learning to be Enterprising' (2004) and 'Developing Enterprising Young People' (2005) - our course programmes cover a wide range of topics and are all practical and inspirational.
The topics covered by Innovative Enterprise programmes all include elements which cover requirements laid out in the curriculum for Work Related Learning. Enterprise Soapbox also covers the new KS4 separate Sciences Curriculum.
