Science4Business
This is an ideal full or half-day session for yr 9, 10 and 11 students and has been written to complement the new KS4 Science Curriculum, 21st Century Science.
The emphasis is on learning skills that will enable students to prosper in their personal lives and to open up possible science-related career plans.
This programme gives a fun and in depth look into the world of science and the way science is utilised every day. The programme will also give a glimpse into science careers, scientific entrepreneurship and also some of the personal skills students will need when they prepare to leave school. The hands on nature means that the subject will come to life and students will leave with enthusiasm, a host of ideas and practical tools to help them with their future.
Again, all activities on the Science4Business programme can be tailored to the needs of your school - in terms of content, numbers and timings. The standard cost for the full day event is just £1500 for up to 120 students. For a half day the cost would be £950. Any tailoring required will be undertaken free of charge.
