Are you ready for the NEXT LEVEL?
Be careful what you wish for! Following a number of requests from teams across the UK, we have created Next Level for teacher INSET and team development.
Using a tried and tested system of processes this workshop runs over a full day. Starting with an analysis of each of the members’ strengths, active management and process roles are assigned to the team for the challenge that do not always necessarily match their strengths.
Once the creative and business-themed activity is in full flow a series of complications are added to the mix to really test the individuals and team players in the challenge.
A thorough analysis of the processes at the end of the day will combine learning outcomes for the individuals involved and for the team and how they could better communicate and function in the future. After having tested and embedded excellent Leadership skills with the TNT Global Risk Management Team in Antwerp in October 08, we are totally convinced that this this will help take your team to the Next Level!
